Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.

Before shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
